Channel Screw Screens

The CHANNEL SCREW SCREEN is designed for removal of solids in wastewater streams prior to being received by the main treatment facility. Removal of such screenings minimises blockages of downstream treatment processes.

The CHANNEL SCREW SCREEN works by a screw mechanism which rotates to lift the screenings out of the inlet channel and discharge them into a separate container. ‘Screened,’ water then flows forward for further downstream treatment. This combine separation and conveying system is very robust and reliable screening process.

CHANNEL SCREW SCREEN can be delivered with screenings washing and compactor stage upon request.
