Liquid sludge is pumped to the unit with simultaneous addition of polymer. Central inflow distributor ensures uniform feed to all bag pockets.  Liquid sludge is allowed to dewater by gravity into bags made of special water repelling fabric.
After completion of the dewatering process bags are removed with the used of hand trolley. Liquid drain is collected at the bottom tray of the unit and discharged through an outlet port.
