Raw wastewater is pumped into the receiving chamber and overrows throughout the whole length of the screen. Screenings are sliding down the screen and are collected at the lower part while liquid escapes from the outlet port. Screen inclination is adjustable while electric vibrator maybe used to enhance solids removal.
