Polymer in powder or concentrated liquid form is proportionally mixed with water to prepare a liquid solution of the desired concentration. The rate of powder or concentrated liquid delivery and the rate of water supply are precisely adjusted. The unit operates on a continuous flow mode. Initial solution is prepared and matured into the first compartment and it is then allowed to flow into the successive compartment(s) from where it is available for use.
